Elite Valley Sports uses evsevents.com to provide event information and collect golf tournament registrations. This policy explains how information submitted through our tournament registration system is handled.
Information we collect
When you register a team, we collect:

Team or company name and selected package

Primary contact’s name, email address, and phone number

Golfer names, when provided

Apparel selections and shirt sizes

Notes you choose to include
We also record the registration date, a reference number, and payment status for event administration. The registration system uses temporary security records derived from IP addresses to limit automated submissions.
Please provide information about other golfers only with their permission. Do not include medical information or other sensitive personal details in the notes.
How we use information
We use registration information to organize teams, prepare apparel, track registration and payment status, answer questions, and communicate about the tournament.
Relevant roster details may be shared with Ridge Creek when needed to coordinate tournament operations.
Storage and access
Registration records are stored in the EVS Events website database. The registration management area and downloadable rosters are restricted to site administrators. Website hosting services also store and process information as part of operating the site.
The registration system does not automatically delete records after the event. Contact EVS with questions about retention or to request removal.
Payments and external websites
The tournament registration form does not collect credit card or bank-account information and does not process payments.
Sponsorship payment links take you to the Elite Valley Sports Shopify store. Purchases there are handled under that store’s privacy policy and the policies of its payment providers.
Links to other websites, including mapping services, are subject to those websites’ privacy practices.
